Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016 ~ 6-8pm ~ St. Benedict will host National Night Out and community outreach effort. This event is designated to heighten crime prevention awareness as well as generate support and participation in strengthening neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships. Most importantly, it will send a message to criminals that the neighborhood is organized and fighting back. As a community outreach, it will connect the surrounding community to the St. Benedict community and foster the spiritual connection needed to assure that our stewardship ministry stays effective well beyond the Church’s doors. So please plan to come out and lend your support. Anyone wishing to be a part of the planning efforts, please call the parish office at 632-1847 and leave your name and phone number.
